This is often not possible in a café, and if they are at their company, their thoughts are usually focused on everyday work matters. Here, they will find calm and can focus only on what truly matters. 

We Don’t Measure the Initial Meeting with a Stopwatch

We don’t want to play games. The impression, especially the first impression, is very important in marketing. And we want our clients and customers to see that they are not working with a garage company where everything is cobbled together by three people on their knees. We want them to see our offices, work environment, and the people who might be working on their project.

Free introductory consultations usually last an hour or two, but we never time them. There have been occasions when we spent the entire morning with a client in pleasant conversation, discussing not only business and the company but also many other interesting topics. And it is often in these moments that it becomes clear whether we can find common ground with the client not only on a professional level but also on a personal one. In digital marketing, it is especially important that both parties understand each other even in the details, because collaboration often requires quick decisions and absolute trust. 

We also have to admit that sometimes, after the first 15 minutes, we decide that we will not do business with this partner or person. And that’s okay.
